The Playhouse was professionally designed by Walter Kiskaddon at Kiskaddon + architects, plc, and built by Franklin Firefighters Charities. It is insulated and includes full wiring for lights, sockets and an air conditioner. In addition, the structure has HardiePlank siding, five true double-hung composite windows with tempered safety glass, a true exterior metal skin door, custom painting and stain, hardwood flooring and an aluminum standing seam roof. The playhouse ceiling height could be conducive to most adults, allowing for multiple uses. A team from O’More College of Design has custom designed the interior to match the exterior “farmhouse” feel of the playhouse.
In addition to title sponsor Twice Daily, this year’s sponsors include Coyne Oral Surgery, Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon, Tennessee Valley Paving Company and Franklin REALTORS, Inc.
