Williamson County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) has been selected as the beneficiary organization for the upcoming Whole Notes concert, taking place at The Mockingbird Theatre in Franklin on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
This special evening will feature four accomplished singer/songwriters (Sela Bruce, Will Bowen, Jackie Lee, and Scott Stepakoff) performing in an intimate setting, with a portion of each $20 ticket directly supporting Williamson County CASA's mission of advocating for children in the foster care system.
The Whole Notes concert series has gained recognition throughout Middle Tennessee for its unique format that pairs musical talent with community impact. Each concert in the series supports a different local nonprofit organization, creating meaningful connections between artists and causes.

Jackie Lee
is a pure country vocalist who will attract both fans of traditional country and fans of a slicker sound. Lee made his Grand Ole Opry debut in September 2014
Will Bowen
signed his first pub deal at 18 and first record deal at 20. He has toured with John Mayer, Maroon 5, Counting Crows and others. He had a top 25 song called “Fall Apart” by Casey James.
Sela Bruce
A singer-songwriter, born and raised in Nashville. She’s been performing since she was a kid, and writing songs since she was 13. She’s passionate, open, and honest about mental health and a big advocate for it as well.
Scott Stepakoff
aims to deliver a song in an honest and soulful way. He has landed cuts with multiple top artists such as Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Kelsea Ballerini, Jake Owen, Brandy Clark, Walker Hayes, Kip Moore and others.
